There will be a Planning Commission meeting on Monday, July 20th, 2020 at 6pm in the Planning and Development Conference Room. This meeting will not be open to the public due to COVID-19 precautions. The Planning Commission will also discuss the proposed Development Impact Fees for the City of Easley. This will take place following the annexation requests.
Citizens and businesses wishing to contact the Planning and Development Department with questions regarding Ordinances, Code Enforcement, etc. can now use a new online and phone application that sends requests directly to the Department. Please visit the "Report a Violation" tab on the left hand side of the top of this page. Be sure you are contacting the correct department. Questions or issues regarding Public Works or Streets & Sanitation can be submitted on the Public Works page, NOT through Planning & Development. Also, it is ILLEGAL to place signs on the road/street rights-of way. Telephone/utility poles are considered rights-of way and are private property.
