1. Review and vote on a variance application for a division of land in GR-2 zone. The lots are 6,000 sf in size and the requested variance will be for the minimum lot width of less than 60'. 2. Review and vote on a variance application for a sign variance. The request is to allow a 20' x 3' sign located above the roof line. The address is 210 Fern Street (Southern Weaving) The applicant is Taft Wirthlim, 210 Fern Street, Easley, SC 29641 (TM# 5019-10-46-0901)
