Welcome to the Zoning Enforcement Page
Many residents take pride in keeping their homes and surrounding premises clean. Unfortunately, not everyone has this same pride. All it takes is one unsightly home or yard to destroy the attractiveness of an otherwise well-maintained neighborhood. Studies have shown that poorly maintained properties reduce property values and lead to an increase of crime and other undesirable behaviors in neighborhoods. Therefore, the City of Easley’s Planning & Development Department requests your cooperation in making your neighborhood a clean and pleasant place to live by complying with the ordinances. By maintaining the ordinances and eradicating our neighborhoods of “nuisances”, we will promote a sense of pride among our fellow residents, while maintaining health and safety issues in our communities. The City of Easley will become a city of distinction in which other cities will want to imitate.

If you’re not aware of the city ordinances regarding your property, this site is intended to make you aware of the more common “nuisance” violations experienced within the city.
