PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICENotice is hereby given that the City of Easley Planning Commission will meet on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Easley Law Enforcement Center, 220 NW Main Street, Easley, SC 29640, to consider the following items:
• PLN-TXT-26-05 – Text Amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), Short-Term Rentals (STRs), minimum lot sizes for attached single-family homes (townhomes), and freestanding signs.
• PLN-TXT-26-06 - Text Amendment to Chapter 121 of the City Code of Ordinances regarding Mobile Food Vendors.
