On July 12th, 2021 City Council Passed Ordinance 2021-13, an ordinance adopting procedures for the imposition, calculation, collection, expenditure, and administration of Impact Fees on new development. You can view the charts below to get a better understanding of the Impact Fees.

Implementation Phases:
- 50% of Maximum Fee | January 2022 
- 75% of Maximum Fee | January 2023 
- 100% of Maximum Fee | January 2024 and onward
